		Tach-It’s Automated Rubber Banding Systems will quickly, efficiently, gently and economically apply a re-usable rubber band to a multitude of products including; agricultural, food, industrial, hardware, printing, stationary, retail and etc. Rubber Bands are perfect for many applications because they are a continuous closure with no ties or end, they will not damage, mar distort or leave a residue on a product and they are flexible and allow for removal of a few products without destroying the bundle. Constructed of Steel and Aluminum, the Tach-It Automated Rubber Banding Systems can be completely washed down with or without the cover and utilize top of the line internationally recognized pneumatic components for reliable long service in even the harshest conditions

RBV—The machine is vertically mounted so the product is kept in a horizontal orientation. This is perfect for inline use, long products and any other product that can pass through the machine. Constructed of Steel and Aluminum, the Tach-It Automated Rubber Banding Systems can be completely washed down with or without the cover and utilize top of the line internationally recognized pneumatic components for reliable long service in even the harshest conditions RBH—The machine is horizontally mounted so the product is inserted in a vertical orientation. Recommended for agriculture (with an optional stem cutting module) the RBH works for all products that are inserted into the machine and then removed. 	RBD—This Dual Head machine is horizontally oriented and designed for use in banding the claws of lobsters and crabs. The Tach-It Rubber Banding Systems is 100% pneumatically powered and can go wherever you need it including; the fields, warehouse, factory or wherever this secure and flexible closure is needed.


		TACH-IT Rubber Bander Consumable

“The Stripes make it Right”, Tach-It’s specially formulated rubber is designed specifically for use in our machines for continuous trouble free and reliable production. Unlike other rubber band machines on the market today that use a die cut rubber type product, our Tach-It machines utilize an extruded tube of rubber bands and cuts the bands as needed for each application. Easy to load and requiring no tools our Tach-It machines have the ability to bundle up to 10” in diameter, to adjust the width of the rubber band, and with the ability to imprint PLU numbers, company names or other information on the rubber bands. Our Tach-It Rubber Band Tubing creates an economical and secure closure even on ever changing products such as agricultural and seafood items without damaging or marring the product
